Welcome to Free Tool Bazaar. By accessing or using freetoolbazaar.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

We provide a collection of free online utilities — PDF and image tools, calculators, text tools, developer and SEO utilities, and related features — provided "as is" and "as available" for personal and business use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Use automated scraping that materially degrades the Service for others;
  • Process content you do not have the right to handle, or create documents intended to defraud, impersonate or evade legal requirements.

Document tools notice: tools that help reconstruct or re-typeset documents (e.g., card makers) are provided for legitimate personal recovery and convenience — for example replacing a lost card from material you own. Creating or altering documents to deceive, impersonate or commit fraud is prohibited and may be illegal.

3. Accounts

If you register, keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content you process

You retain all rights to files and text you process. Most tools run locally in your browser, so your files generally never reach our servers (see the Privacy Policy). You grant us no license over your content.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, code and original content are the property of Free Tool Bazaar. Third-party libraries are used under their respective open-source licenses. You may use output you generate (converted files, text, images) freely.

6. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Results from tools (calculations, conversions, extracted data) should be verified before relying on them — we do not warrant their correctness.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Tool Bazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including lost data, lost profits or business interruption — arising from use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility.

8. Third-party services & ads

The site displays advertising (Google AdSense) and uses third-party services (analytics, video platforms' public endpoints). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or availability.

9. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue any tool at any time, and may update these Terms — the current version is always posted here. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
